WHAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO DO AS A GODDESS YOGA INSTRUCTOR? 

 - Confidently lead a 90 minute Goddess Yoga Experience in your community (even if you’ve never taught yoga before), using the sacred and sensual movements that are unique to Goddess Yoga and our practice of opening each class with a share circle
 

- You’ll use the rituals and tools we use in Goddess Yoga and understand why they are so impactful and important
 
- You’ll open each Goddess Yoga Experience with a share circle that creates immediate compassion, friendship and community between the women in your class, and that keeps them coming back week after week to fill their cup with such rich connection.
 
- You can lead private one-on-one sessions using the methods we teach you in the training
