In this 2 1/2 day training you will dive deep into how to lead a 90 minute Goddess Yoga Class. You will be learning poses and movements, how Goddess Yoga releases deep trauma in the body, how to create safety in the sharing circle, why and how we practice rituals, and be receiving the medicine of Goddess Yoga practice daily.
These trainings are designed to light you up, from the inside out.
Goddess will ignite your turn on, reconnect you to your sensuality and pleasure, it will empower you to speak your truth and shine your light like never before.

Learn how to hold sacred space for women to feel seen and held. We dive deep into being Trauma Informed so every woman is safe in our Goddess Yoga Circle.
Goddess Movement
Learn how to teach the art of sacred and sensual Goddess Yoga movements.
You will learn why our bodies receive so much healing from moving in this way and why it brings such deep transformation for women.
Goddess Rituals
Learn how and why we practice Goddess Rituals in each class.
